We were on holiday at beautiful Lake Constance. Unfortunately, our dog became so ill that we had to find a vet. After a phone call to the practice, we were able to come in the same day. The vet and staff were very kind! Thanks to their quick help, our four-legged friend is doing great again! Thank you again!

Exactly one week ago today, our British Shorthair cat Jamie was hit by a car. Thanks to a series of fortunate circumstances, we were able to react immediately, pack him up, make a quick call to Anicura, and leave right away. The vet was already waiting for us at the clinic, and the diagnostic work began immediately. It was clear that his condition was serious. The vet spoke frankly with us, including about the limits of what was possible (both ethically and financially). Jamie stayed at the clinic for treatment, where, unfortunately, his condition deteriorated significantly. ONLY THROUGH THE DECENT AND RAPID INTENSIVE THERAPY OVER MANY HOURS WITH ALL THE COMPREHENSIVE REQUIRED!!! and the incredible personal dedication of the vet and the entire Anicura team did our cat survive, and in such a good way that he will suffer no long-term damage. We are incredibly grateful for this help and the opportunity for treatment and can hardly believe our luck that we will be able to continue having him. Thank you, thank you, thank you, dear Anicura team in Meckenbeuren. We have entrusted all our animals to Anicura for many years and have always been very satisfied with their care. A highly recommended practice with extremely dedicated and genuinely friendly staff who treat both animals and people. (For privacy reasons, we have refrained from naming the staff involved.)

We took our 15-year-old cat to AniCura. Sadly, we had to have her put down due to various illnesses. Everyone was so considerate and loving. We were given plenty of time to say goodbye. Every step was explained to us. Our Betty never suffered. We then received a wonderfully touching, handwritten, and personal condolence card in the mail. The entire team signed it. We felt very well cared for and respected. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything. We have already recommended you to many others. Keep up the great work!

We were warmly welcomed and kept well-informed at all times. The staff was very friendly. We brought our cat and guinea pig. Both had surgery and we are very happy with how they turned out. Highly recommended. Thank you so much! 😊
