The assistants are incredibly friendly, and Dr. Schnurr is also very competent and always incredibly patient, loving, and calm with my four-legged friends 🐈🐈‍⬛. We've been patients of Dr. Schnurr for three years now and have always been happy. We always get appointments very quickly. We've never had to wait longer than five minutes in the waiting room, a huge plus for anxious pets, as you're rarely in the waiting room with other animals. The practice is very well equipped. Excellent value for money 👍🏽

My dog ​​was stung on the tongue by a bee, and the sting couldn't be removed by hand. I was allowed to come in right away, even though I'd never been to the practice before. My dog ​​was cared for immediately without hesitation. The team found a great solution and cared for me lovingly. Thank you so much!

We are absolutely delighted with this veterinary practice and can highly recommend it. We were already patients here before the practice was taken over and continue to be very satisfied. What we particularly appreciate is that animals are not only treated here, but treated holistically. Our cat even had his fur trimmed during his vaccination appointment – ​​something we can't manage at home because he usually resists it fiercely. The team did it so calmly and kindly that he tolerated it without any problems. Our dog gets very excited at the vet and can even show aggressive behavior. Nevertheless, he was treated with patience and understanding, so the appointment was as stress-free as possible for him. You can really tell how much experience, empathy, and love for animals the entire team has. At the same time, of course, they are absolutely professional. We are so incredibly grateful to have found this veterinary practice while on vacation! The moment you walk in, you feel the warmth and friendliness that permeates the place. The entire team is simply wonderful, full of love, care, and genuine humanity. You immediately feel accepted, understood, and welcome. Our dog is usually terrified of veterinary clinics, but here everything is different. She now walks in off-leash, even falls peacefully asleep during her IV, and happily returns several times a week. We never would have thought it possible! Every question is taken seriously, every idea is heard, and you can tell that they work with passion and a broad perspective. It's almost as if we've found a little piece of home—so special that we'd love to just stay here. A practice full of love, trust, and security.
