You truly feel that your pet is being taken seriously and is in the best possible hands. My little Georgi's treatment was professional yet incredibly loving. Everything was explained clearly, and they really took their time 🥹🐶 Even though we're still in the middle of treatment, Georgi is already feeling so much better ❤️ We especially appreciated that they even offered an appointment on Sunday because he doesn't tolerate the medication well. You rarely experience such dedication. Here you can really tell: The animal comes first 💕 For us, the best veterinary practice far and wide ✨

Yesterday, I visited Dr. Futterer for the first time with my Sacred Birman cat, who was discharged from the emergency clinic in early January with diabetes and pancreatic issues. Her diabetes is now well-managed, and she will continue to require checkups. What I noticed yesterday is that Dr. Futterer possesses extensive knowledge and experience in veterinary medicine, which she was able to convey very effectively. She clearly practices her profession with passion. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. It is very beneficial for both the animal and the owner. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

We would like to sincerely thank Dr. Futterer and her wonderful team. We always feel we are in excellent hands there, and even our Labrador, Leopold, enjoys relaxing in the waiting room – although Schnursela still commands his respect. :-) A few weeks ago, Leo had a very poor prognosis, but thanks to the competent and loving care provided by Dr. Futterer and the entire team, he has overcome the worst. We are incredibly grateful for that. And as for the waiting times: When you receive such excellent care, you gladly accept them! Thank you again a thousand times for everything! An absolutely recommendable veterinary practice.

I gladly give five stars plus to the veterinary practice of Dr. Dorothee Futterer and her support staff. The entire team is incredibly friendly, empathetic, and helpful. The treatment was professional, and the medications and procedures were explained thoroughly and clearly. Another plus is that the veterinarian is truly relaxed, sensitive, and knowledgeable, and she took ample time for my dog. We felt very well cared for throughout all these years, including the farewell and euthanasia of Lotti. The combination of high professional competence and heartfelt care makes this practice highly recommendable.
