Unfortunately, we had to take two of our beloved pets to the vet twice in quick succession due to emergencies. Our usual vet, whom we've used for over 20 years (though we've since switched vets), was inexplicably unable to see us in this emergency. The Thiele veterinary practice made it possible for us to bring the animals in immediately and without any fuss! Sadly, on both occasions, we had to make the difficult decision that our pets had to be euthanized due to age or illness. Thank you so much for providing our animals with a dignified and respectful environment to end their suffering. As a family, we sincerely thank you for your compassion and for treating them with more than just respect!

Our dog got sick while we were passing through, but we received prompt help. The team was fantastic – friendly and helpful, even though we'd never been there before. We immediately felt comfortable. Dr. Thiele is a wonderful man – friendly and reliable – and made us feel like we were in good hands. If we travel through again, we'll definitely stop by and say hello. 🥰
