We took our cat to this veterinary clinic as an emergency. The staff were friendly and very kind – I want to emphasize that. However, despite it being an emergency, we had to wait almost three hours, and our cat wasn't seen until we made our case. The costs were also very high. We were eventually told that surgery was absolutely necessary, or in the worst-case scenario, they would even have to consider euthanizing our cat to end his suffering. Our cat isn't even three years old. This statement deeply upset us. We then decided to discharge our cat from the clinic and get a second opinion. Another veterinarian was able to treat him successfully – without surgery and without euthanasia. Today he's doing well again. This experience was very emotional and unsettling for us. Unfortunately, friendliness alone isn't enough.

I had an emergency appointment with my 16-year-old cat. He was cared for with such love and compassion. The vet and the receptionist stroked him so lovingly while he received an IV. My cat was treated with such dignity that it moved me to tears; I truly appreciate that. Sadly, he passed away at home next to me that night. Thank you for being there for us.
