My cat was euthanasied unnecessary and I could never forgive them for that. Nor myself that I have put my trust in their hands. He could have been with us now 😭😭😭 but he is gone forever because all this clinic care about is the money. It doesn't matter the case, they make it look like extreme emergency death or life situation so you can't even think clearly and they give you 2 options - 5000 euro for an operation that might be repeated in 6-8 weeks or euthanasia to save your pet from the suffer. Put like that, you don't really have a choice. It hurts too much for me at the moment to share all the details but after his death I found out that he could simply been treated with a routine operation of just removing the stones from the bladder for max 700 euro and could have lived quite a lot of more years with us. This just hurts so much. Please, if you love your pet, skip that clinic by all costs! PS. AniCura do not even attempt to answer my feedback if you have left at least a little humanity. I have suffered enough and I don't want to hear from you. This feedback is to prevent other people to lose their beloved pets because of your greed.

We first brought our cat to the clinic on Friday afternoon with a suspected intestinal obstruction, as our usual vet doesn't have the necessary equipment. This suspicion was quickly confirmed, and we received excellent advice. The waiting time was perfectly reasonable. Our cat was treated with utmost respect and affection. We were also treated with great sensitivity. The waiting rooms are well-equipped and thoughtfully designed, with separate waiting areas for dogs and cats. Drinks are also available. The surgery was scheduled promptly, and the inpatient care was superb! We received a photo via app every morning and a midday update call. We could also contact them ourselves at any time to inquire about his progress. We received excellent advice regarding aftercare and were given everything we needed to take home. The clinic's prices were also very fair! I highly recommend them!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I took my dog to the veterinary clinic on a Sunday after a beaver attack. She needed surgery that same day. Naturally, I was very worried and anxious – which makes me all the more grateful to the entire team at AniCura Small Animal Specialists in Ravensburg. From the very first moment, all the staff members exuded calm, friendliness, and competence. Even in the waiting area, they thought of both people and animals: coffee and water were available for owners, as well as fresh water and disposable bowls for the pets. I was particularly impressed by my dog's examination. I have rarely experienced such caring and respectful treatment of an animal. Every single step was explained to both me and my dog. At no point did I feel that unnecessary tests were being performed. Instead, I always had the impression that the animal's well-being was the sole focus. The way they treat their patients is truly remarkable. It doesn't matter whether it's a small senior dog, a cat, or a large dog standing before them – every animal is treated with the same attention, patience, and care. The detailed discussion about the anesthesia, in particular, alleviated many of my anxieties. The clinic's technical capabilities, modern facilities, and individually tailored treatment demonstrate why high-quality veterinary medicine comes at a price. Therefore, I cannot understand the often-criticized costs. Here, everything is done to save animals, alleviate suffering, and ensure the best possible medical care. My dog is alive today because this team gave their all that day. One sentence has stayed with me: "We can't save every life. But we give 100 percent in every single case." That's exactly what I experienced throughout our entire stay – and it was confirmed again during the follow-up appointment. Dear AniCura Ravensburg team: You are true heroes to me. Thank you so much for your passion, your care, and your outstanding work. You helped my dog and gave me a great deal of peace of mind during a very difficult time.

Our dog took unwell while on holiday in Germany. It was a Sunday so it wasn’t easy finding a vet that was open. Reception staff and vet were amazing, they all spoke English which was a real help. Dr Katharina Wheler was so good with our dog, she was very reassuring and explained everything clearly. Outstanding treatment. We were very grateful.
