FANTASTIC VET. The girls are great. Very helpful sometimes under great pressure. Vets are winderful very helpful fay and night. Parking is horrible and getting in and out is something to be addressed

Great vet, so far we did general examinations and a kastration (female) and everything was perfect. Staff is very friendly and doctors very knowledgeable.

Great clinic! Overall they helped resolve medical issue with my dog after couple of veteriniarians tried and did not succeed and did thorough check. Even though they are quite expensive (mainly the labs), I would still go through the same process as it resulted in successful recovery. Overall we will keep coming back and feel safe that we have clinic to turn to in any case of issues.

We are disappointed with our experience at AniCura Lörrach and have decided to look for another specialist. Despite always having a scheduled appointment, we have had to wait around 30 minutes every single time before seeing the veterinarian. The reception desk is sometimes unattended, which only adds to the waiting time and creates unnecessary frustration. Unfortunately, during our most recent visit, the reception staff were not particularly friendly, and our experience with the veterinarian was disappointing as well. We were not informed about the available treatment options, so we were unable to make an informed decision about our dog’s care. We expected better communication and a more compassionate approach. That said, we would like to acknowledge that some of the veterinarians we met during previous visits were friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful, and we appreciate their professionalism. Overall, however, the level of service has not met our expectations, and we will be seeking veterinary care elsewhere.
