Unfortunately, the helpers are not all friendly

I find it appalling how an elderly couple (85 and 83) from Switzerland, friends of mine, had their 13-year-old dog, who suffered from an inoperable herniated disc and severe kidney disease, given IV fluids and a cocktail of medications. The dog had to be hospitalized twice. He hadn't eaten for four days, was vomiting, and had black stools! The couple was terrified and worried about their pet and relied on the advice of the veterinarians. Today, the couple went back for an appointment, and they were advised to administer more IV fluids. The couple then decided to have their beloved dog euthanized. This entire unnecessary procedure cost them around €3,000. I find it unacceptable that this clinic engages in such business practices, which are not in the best interests of animals, simply to maximize their profits!

I've been a patient at the Kasa Clinic for quite some time, so it was a shock to learn that Mr. Kasa had passed away. The clinic has reorganized and is carrying on what the Kasa family built. I recently took my dog to the clinic for cruciate ligament surgery, and I felt very well cared for. The consultation, the surgery—everything went smoothly. I thank the doctor and the team. Keep up the good work!
