It starts right from the phone call (Ms. Bergmann) when scheduling the appointment; the patient's needs are always taken into account. Dr. Steinborn is a fantastic veterinarian who is very empathetic with animals. Top-notch professionally! She doesn't force anything on you and always acts in the best interests of the animal... This practice's website promises far more than what was confirmed during the phone call. Contrary to what the website suggests, this practice does not offer home visits. On the phone, I was told, in a cold and unempathetic manner, to find someone else who does. Unfortunately, the cat's health condition was not addressed during the conversation. Therefore, I cannot recommend this practice!

I highly recommend this practice. All the staff and the veterinarian are very friendly and helpful. Both animals and their owners feel well cared for here.

Thanks ever so much to Dr. Paivi and her team for helping me put my dog down this week. As any pet owner knows its such a hard thing to do and they treated Nacho I with tenderness and compassion.
