It starts right from the phone call (Ms. Bergmann) when scheduling the appointment; the patient's needs are always taken into account. Dr. Steinborn is a fantastic veterinarian who is very empathetic with animals. Top-notch professionally! She doesn't force anything on you and always acts in the best interests of the animal... This practice's website promises far more than is confirmed during the phone call. This practice does not offer home visits, as the website description suggests. The dry, unsympathetic response on the phone tells you to find someone else who does. Unfortunately, the cat's health condition played no role in this conversation. Therefore, I cannot recommend this practice!

I highly recommend this practice. All the staff and the veterinarian are very friendly and helpful. Both animals and their owners feel well cared for here.
