We had to have our dog euthanized two weeks ago due to an emergency. We live only a few hundred meters from the veterinary clinic, and she was no longer able to stand. Unfortunately, a home visit wasn't possible; we would have preferred to let her die at home. But it's understandable, the clinic was fully booked, and I was able to bring her with the help of neighbors. Everything was peaceful and calm at the clinic; I was able to say goodbye to my dog, and there was no time pressure. Thank you for the brief but professional care that day.

Today was my first time at the practice, and I have to say, I'm thrilled! Even though I'm a new patient, I got an appointment right away after explaining my puppy's problem. The vet assistants are very friendly, helpful, and competent. Dr. Borgens treated the little one calmly and with absolute expertise! All my questions were taken seriously and answered clearly. I'm really very satisfied and will be taking all four of my dogs there from now on. Excellent value for money! 👍 Highly recommended!

I had to take my 20-year-old cat to Dr. Borgens for an emergency appointment. So, in itself, it was an exceptional situation. Miss Wunderfitz was treated with great care, everything was explained clearly, and the very friendly and empathetic veterinarian was also a great comfort to me. Therefore, 5 stars.

Everything is wonderful. The vet doesn't try to make a lot of money by prescribing unnecessary medication and treats the animals with heart and patience. I'm satisfied. No long waiting times and I get immediate help even in emergencies.

First of all, a heartfelt thank you to the entire practice team. Even in such a sad situation, you were incredibly understanding and took the time for your patients and their owners. From the very beginning, you feel very comfortable, cared for, and taken seriously. There's no "you come too often because you're worried" or "oh no, not again!" Instead, you are acknowledged when you have concerns about your family member, no matter how trivial. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to our beloved family member. But even in this situation, the whole team and Ms. Borgens were very empathetic and gave us the time we needed. There was no pressure or pressure to rush her on to her next appointment. Not only highly competent professionally, but also incredibly compassionate. I can personally highly recommend this practice. Thank you so much for your support.
