Little Balou developed sudden anemia on Monday, April 20th. He was immediately treated as an emergency case and underwent every possible test. He remained in critical condition in the ward until Saturday, April 25th. The nurses, assistants, doctors, and the entire team took wonderful care of my Balou. On Sunday, April 26th, he received his fourth blood transfusion. Balou and I were also very well cared for on Sunday. The team saved my little rascal's life. I will cherish the remaining years with him and be grateful for that. Many thanks to the entire team!
We had to go to the emergency vet in Reutlingen on Sunday. We were treated very kindly by Ms. Böhm on the phone and were given a quick appointment. Dr. Tröster also gave us a very friendly welcome, examined our cat thoroughly, and gave us the necessary medication. The assistant was also very friendly. Everything was explained to us in detail, and the entire staff was very empathetic. A huge thank you and much praise, hence the 5 stars. Our Sunnny is doing very well again, thanks to the treatment.
