Heimtierpraxis Dr. Leonie Lumpp

The practice team is simply fantastic! I've been to so many vets with my rabbits and degus, and now we've finally found the right practice! They are all incredibly competent and friendly, you receive excellent advice, very precise treatment plans, and you can tell they have an incredible amount of expertise, specializing in rabbits. I'm so grateful to be able to go there! Even though the first appointment was sobering, it gives me a lot of strength and hope to now know a practice where my animals are truly helped, and I'm happy to make the slightly longer journey! I can highly recommend Ms. Lumpp and Ms. Espe! And the veterinary assistants are consistently friendly, understanding, and dedicated.

A very friendly and competent veterinarian! Dr. Lumpp takes her time, explains everything clearly, and treats the animals with love. Highly recommended!

Extremely friendly team, competent veterinarians – we drive 40 minutes, but it's worth it. They only treat rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, and similar small animals, and the team specializes in them; this really benefits the furry friends 😊 We took our 3-month-old rabbit there due to a misjudgment, and they helped us quickly and effectively. They provided very transparent cost information BEFORE treatment. Prices are also absolutely reasonable. 200% recommendation ☺️

I can highly recommend this practice. We took our hamster, Bonnie, to the emergency vet clinic on Thursday. Since her condition worsened despite an attempted abscess drainage on Friday, we were recommended Lumpp's Pet Clinic. We had a good feeling right from the initial phone call. After explaining the situation, we were even able to get an appointment on Friday. Unfortunately, the only option was to euthanize Bonnie, but even that was handled with incredible compassion. I thought it was wonderful that my daughter and all of us were so involved and that everyone was so empathetic. The little jar of fur as a keepsake was such a lovely idea. They are truly a fantastic team.

Just making an appointment as of now, but so far everyone is super friendly and they take in new patients which is great, they are also very responsive on e mail 💯.
