The practice team is simply fantastic! I've been to so many vets with my rabbits and degus, and now we've finally found the right practice! They are all incredibly competent and friendly, you receive excellent advice, very precise treatment plans, and you can tell they have an incredible amount of expertise, specializing in rabbits. I'm so grateful to be able to go there! Even though the first appointment was sobering, it gives me a lot of strength and hope to now know a practice where my animals are truly helped, and I'm happy to make the slightly longer journey! I can highly recommend Ms. Lumpp and Ms. Espe! And the veterinary assistants are consistently friendly, understanding, and dedicated.

I can highly recommend this practice. We took our hamster, Bonnie, to the emergency vet clinic on Thursday. Since her condition worsened despite an attempted abscess drainage on Friday, we were recommended Lumpp's Pet Clinic. We had a good feeling right from the initial phone call. After explaining the situation, we were even able to get an appointment on Friday. Unfortunately, the only option was to euthanize Bonnie, but even that was handled with incredible compassion. I thought it was wonderful that my daughter and all of us were so involved and that everyone was so empathetic. The little jar of fur as a keepsake was such a lovely idea. They are truly a fantastic team.

I was more than satisfied. It's a great practice and a great team. No matter how long you have to wait, it's worth every minute because, even with a full waiting room, you receive thorough explanations, they take their time, and every concern is taken seriously. 🥺 I left with a very good feeling.
