NEVER AGAIN!!! I took my sick chinchilla there, who hadn't eaten for three (!) days. In the examination room, I was told that the specialist wouldn't be there until tomorrow. Consequently, the animal wasn't even properly examined; they only took its temperature. They refused to look in its mouth because it would be too stressful, and they decided it was better not to do it today in preparation for tomorrow. Huh?! And how exactly is my animal being helped? It wasn't weighed, nor did it receive any medication for its obvious pain right there. I had to buy two medications in their original packaging because, unfortunately, they could only give me those for a 630g animal! All in all, nobody there helped. The vet even ran out of the room while I was asking questions out of concern, and I paid almost €60 for this! The absolute worst place ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Full marks for Dr. Schuster! I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Schuster as a veterinarian. She is not only highly competent but also incredibly kind and personable. What I particularly appreciate: • Thorough investigation into the root cause: She doesn't just try to alleviate the symptoms, but finds the actual cause of the problems. • Clear explanations: She takes her time, explains everything calmly and clearly, so that as a pet owner, you are fully informed. • Attentiveness and patience: She listens attentively and addresses all your concerns. Even if you have a follow-up question after the consultation because you forgot something, she helps immediately and without any fuss. With her, you simply feel that you and your pet are in good hands. For me, she is the vet I trust! Jimmy 🐶 agrees completely!
