The doctors and the staff are extremely efficient. Modern machines and clean environment
We've been taking our two dogs to this practice for years; our Labrador is now 15 and our German Shepherd is 12. Our concerns have always been addressed, especially as our dogs get older and need pain medication. The veterinarians provide highly competent advice and take the time to explain everything. Everyone at reception is always very friendly as well. We can't praise this practice highly enough.
Many thanks to Ms. Frese and her veterinary assistant! 😊 We brought our dog Timmy to you on Saturday because of a foxtail in his paw. Even though it was the weekend, we were seen without a long wait, and the foxtail was removed quickly. Ms. Frese was incredibly kind and warm, and she handled Timmy with such care. The veterinary assistant was also very friendly and took excellent care of us. We felt well looked after from the very first moment. Thank you so much for the quick and excellent help – we will gladly come back anytime if needed. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I absolutely cannot recommend this practice. The veterinarian was often unfriendly to our pets and to us owners. There was frequently no information, or only very brief information, about what was actually being done to our animals. Sometimes they were simply taken to another room and examined without any explanation that I felt was adequate. In my opinion, hardly any time was taken, yet exorbitant sums were charged. I was last there with our dog, who, unusually, was barely able to move. The veterinarian roughly pressed on her back and told me that our dog had back pain and needed to be made to move around, and then it would go away on its own. Later, another veterinarian discovered that she had a severe uterine infection, which necessitated immediate emergency surgery, IV fluids due to kidney failure, and much more. Unfortunately, it was too late for our little girl, and she died a few days later. I think about it every day: what would have happened if we hadn't forced her to keep moving for days on end, supposedly because of back pain, until her condition was finally diagnosed? Unfortunately, friends and family members have also reported very unpleasant experiences at this practice. So, it seems our experience is not an isolated incident.
