I can wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Colberg as a competent and highly reliable veterinarian. She gives her best and was always available. Communication via WhatsApp is fantastic. Arrangements are always kept perfectly. She checks in on the patient's well-being and requests daily updates on their condition. She provides a time window for when she will arrive. It couldn't be better. ...a veterinarian you can actually talk to. I will always recommend Ms. Colberg as a wonderful veterinarian.

Dr. Anke Colberg is a super friendly, helpful, and very competent veterinarian. She's always there when you need her. Plus, her prices are fair. I highly recommend her!

Ms. Colberg's quality has declined; she's becoming increasingly unreliable, offering no advice when needed. She's let me down more than anything else, especially when I needed it most. I was more disappointed than anything else. She gives the impression that she's lost interest, and her treatment reflects that. It wasn't just me; a friend of mine had an emergency with her mare, called Ms. Colberg, and was immediately insulted on the phone, told how she could possibly be handling so many emergencies at once. I seriously question what's going on. As if the animal owners are somehow responsible. If it's all too much for her, she should change jobs or take early retirement.

I cannot recommend Ms. Colberg. Over the years, her performance, availability, and willingness to work have steadily declined. (See another review on this topic; I completely agree.) As a "mobile equine practice," she is unable to organize an emergency service that horse owners can rely on. Other veterinarians are unwilling to come if you identify yourself as a client of Ms. Colberg. After much persuasion, our emergency today will be handled by a veterinarian from Mönchengladbach. Regardless of how this turns out, Ms. Colberg is no longer welcome on our property. I agree with the other review: She should find another job if being a veterinarian is too much work for her.

A competent and professional veterinarian. She's been caring for my horse for ages (my Arabian mare is now 33 years old). Every examination, treatment, therapy, and consultation is thorough and well-founded. For uncomplicated issues, alternative methods are used after consultation. We are very satisfied.
