I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Zombik for her patience and her sensitive approach during the blood draw. Despite my Irma's loud complaints, Ms. Zombik remained calm and was able to fill the tubes. Ms. Zombik takes her time, both with the animal and the owners. I know that the debriefing usually involves a brief and concise discussion, and I was amazed at how much time Ms. Zombik takes. She answers every question, and you don't have to worry about being annoying or making the other person look at their watch with rolling eyes. I say THANK YOU and will definitely schedule another appointment at the beginning of the year :-)

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Zombik. Together with her, we accompanied our dog Lasso on his final journey. Ms. Zombik was calm and professional. She patiently answered all our questions and explained her medical procedures to us step by step. At the same time, she handled Lasso with great sensitivity. We are so glad we chose the mobile veterinarian Ms. Zombik. Thanks to her, Lasso passed away peacefully in his familiar surroundings – forever.

Ms. Zombik made the right decisions for our Max right away and always had plenty of time for our concerns, questions, and our dog. A few more tests are still pending, but we feel well cared for and hope that Max will be feeling better soon. Thank you! 😃 Bonnaire
