The worst vet I've ever met. More cruel than helpful. Our dog was worse off afterward than before. And for this awful treatment, the bill was way too expensive. Unbelievable! I will never go to this vet again. And I definitely won't recommend her. If there were a zero-star option, I would give it zero stars 🤮😡😤😖😣
I have never felt treated so badly and rudely as I did there… After a very, very long wait because the vet wasn't at the practice at the agreed time and arrived over 1.5 hours late, I was told that my cats had fleas because of a tiny speck of fluff in their fur… Despite my repeated refusal, I was then sold something for fleas… (the two cats didn't have fleas). The vet was completely confused, and it was obviously too difficult for her to even read the microchip; she needed several attempts and kept mixing up the very differently colored cats and their passports. I was constantly ridiculed and subjected to unprofessional comments from both the vet and the animal caretaker because my two cats were rescues from abroad. In the end, I was out €100, my two cats weren't properly examined, and I went home with a sick cat without even realizing it. A few days later I went to a new vet... there I was told that my cat was sick and that important vaccinations that should have been given had not been administered by this vet... I will never set foot in that practice again...
I would never have imagined that a vet wouldn't put down my 14-year-old dog, who was dehydrated from diarrhea, and would refer me to an animal shelter. According to this vet, I was supposed to drive my dog to Pfarrkirchen and lock him in a special, anonymous kennel behind the animal shelter. That seemed pretty suspicious to me, so I decided to call them first! They told me, "If I had done that, I would have been committing a crime." They even thanked me for calling and told me to change vets. I did that right away.
It's been a few years since we were at the vet, but I can tell you that we were there with a cat that had been hit by a car. Apparently, the cat wasn't used to human contact and hissed at the vet. Then the vet hit the cat. I was shocked. She wanted to euthanize the cat. She claimed the internal organs might be damaged. We left the practice right then and there. That's no help at all; it's just completely unacceptable.
Worst vet ever. When my cat (who was in extreme pain) resisted her treatment by scratching and biting, the lovely doctor hit her. That's completely unacceptable. I would have loved to give her one too. Right in the face.
