Our cat Luna was hit by a car around 1 a.m. on Saturday morning. We immediately called the veterinary clinic and were able to come in right away. Dr. Burkert took wonderful care of our cat, taking plenty of time (even though we weren't his patients before), and his calm yet cheerful manner helped ease our initial shock and distress. At the two subsequent check-up appointments with our little worry, we continued to feel very well cared for and advised (also by Dr. Burkert's wife). They focused on our cat's individual needs and didn't suggest any generic, one-size-fits-all treatments. They consulted with us on all aspects of the case and always kept us involved. Our cat is almost back to her old self and has recovered very well! All that's left to say is THANK YOU!
