Reviews
Perfect Facility and staff
Update after they replied: It is funny to me that they are citing confidentiality because I did not ask them for the report and I did not say I didn't know the owner. I have the report in my hands. Once again, all I said was if they could translate it because it was in German and some of the handwriting wasn't completely readable. It is also unfortunate this doctor mentions I "bothered" him on WhatsApp - from the very first second I made the call he was not friendly. As a vet, things happen sometimes at all hours of the night and you must be prepared to be kind, listen closely, and act professionally. Best of luck to you, I found a German vet that was willing to help me right away with a simple translation. He wrote a report for my horse in German but I speak English...so I called and asked if he would translate to English. He said he is "not interested." How does this make any sense? To care for the horse is to do a simple translation which I cannot do as it is in his handwriting...and in German. Does he care for the horse then? I hope he reconsiders.
Excellent
Excellent Veterinary services and lovely staff.
One star, because zero stars aren't an option. Words fail me at such incompetence, dishonesty, and arrogance combined in one team – for the sake of all horses, this practice should be shut down!
