We had to take our dog Mila to the veterinary clinic during our vacation, but we got an appointment the same day and received an extremely friendly welcome. Dr. Simon is very competent, empathetic, patient, takes her time, and explains everything thoroughly and clearly – a truly wonderful veterinarian! We decided to have Mila's surgery at the Bad Birnbach Animal Health Center instead of at the clinic in our hometown, and we haven't regretted it! We felt very well cared for in the modern and well-equipped clinic; we highly recommend it! It's a shame that we live 450 km apart. Many thanks to the entire team!! Mila and her owners

We arrived at the clinic spontaneously without an appointment and received a very friendly welcome. The staff put us at ease and we felt well cared for from the very first moment.

This place and people are awesome. I was with my lovely boy Louie ( rabbit ) there, he has several dental problems. Ms Simon operated him and take her of him like nobody else. I love the care and the kindness that she and her team has about pets . The level of comunication is high, everytime when we need or we want to ask something, she answer at our mails . I am do glad that Louie was treated with so much love and kind . Thank you for everything!

I took my dog, who always panics at the vet, there for her vaccinations. Thanks to the calm atmosphere and the empathetic, professional approach, she settled down nicely and the whole thing went quite smoothly. I can therefore recommend it 100%! I also took a very interesting first aid course there once... also highly recommended! And the online appointment booking is just as great as the app with emergency assistance! So everything is absolutely perfect!

We are very satisfied; they have been able to help us with several of our animals' needs. The practice is modern and very well-equipped! They always took ample time for us, and even scheduling appointments by phone at short notice was always easy. The friendly receptionists always do their best to find a suitable appointment for both pet and owner. The waiting rooms are physically separated, which is definitely a big advantage for cats and dogs and reduces stress. We can highly recommend the practice and its team.
