The most horrible experience an animal can have. I will never take my dog ​​to a vet's office again. It was supposed to be a harmless thing, just a nail trim. I think it was just a vet tech who did it. She smelled so strongly of smoke that it was truly unpleasant to be around her. She didn't pay any attention to the dog at all, just complained because my dog ​​wasn't staying still. Then she cut one nail too short, so the wound bled profusely. Apparently, a nerve was hit. The wound wasn't treated, not even disinfected, not cauterized… and she was pulling on her legs so that the dog kept slipping. When it came to the back nails, the vet tech said she'd just cut a bit and let the dog chew off the rest herself… During the procedure, I said four times that I wanted to stop the treatment, but there was absolutely no reaction (zero). The most antisocial behavior I have ever experienced while working with a dog! Up until now, I've regularly trimmed all my dogs' nails myself, but I don't dare do it with this one (black nails) because I don't want to hurt her... but that's exactly what happened at this practice!

By far the best veterinarian around; the entire team takes their time and handles the animal with great empathy. They really take their time with each animal. I can highly recommend this practice.
