Thank you so much for allowing me to bring my dog in today – on a Saturday – so quickly and easily. I was very impressed by the loving way you treated my usually rather "grumpy" Fee. I could hardly imagine her having an eye procedure, but your calm and patience seemed to rub off on her immediately. Thank you so much for that!

Dear Ms. Häfner, Unfortunately, I don't have the option to respond directly to your review on Google, so I have to write one myself to get in touch with you. I'm very sorry that you weren't satisfied with my veterinary practice. It's very nice that you arrived early for your appointment; it makes planning easier for us. You had an appointment at 11:00 a.m. and were unfortunately no longer in the waiting room at 11:10 when we were supposed to call you. A 10-minute wait is entirely reasonable in my opinion. You could have turned up the heating if it was too cold for you and your dog; I assume this is a minimum level of independence. It would also have been nice if you had let us know and not just left the practice. I value open and direct communication; I also expect this from an adult out of respect and decency. If you are willing to do this, I look forward to welcoming you back to my practice. Otherwise, I wish you and your dog all the best for the future.

A truly wonderful and experienced veterinarian who clearly loves her job. We were at her emergency clinic last night, even though my Chihuahua wasn't an immediate patient. Despite the late hour, she took plenty of time to help our little one. Many thanks, Dr. Höppler! If we ever need help with our dogs again in Deggendorf, we know where to find it.

We took our dog there for the first time, and here's what I can say: One star deducted: - The fact that they only accept cash is absolutely unacceptable. For me, card payment is a must, especially for larger amounts. - The waiting room: you have to sit and wait. That's not very customer-friendly. No reception, no proper greeting. However, the vet was incredibly kind and approached our scaredy-cat slowly and gently. Good treatment and a quick appointment. Easy to reach by phone. Parking is okay. If necessary, you can park nearby.
