Fast appointments. Very good prices...many vets are a waste of time and barely get their money out of you. Ms. Pfefferl does a great job. She addresses the problem you're there for and doesn't try to push a thousand other things on you. I feel very well looked after there. She also takes a lot of time for patients and their owners.
