Fantastic veterinary practice! I want to sincerely thank you for the compassionate treatment of my dog. Booking the appointment online was a breeze. I am so happy and grateful that my dog ​​received such excellent care. Thank you again!

The clinic appears reputable, but it was practically impossible to reach them by phone. From about 5:00 PM onwards, I tried calling several times, but no one answered – the line was constantly busy or the call was disconnected. My pet was possibly unwell, and I desperately needed help, as this is the only clinic nearby. Although the clinic is advertised as being open until 7:00 PM, no one seems to care about accepting new patients or answering calls. We don't live in the Middle Ages anymore: if there's a phone and the opening hours aren't yet over, the call must be answered or the caller put on hold. Otherwise, what's the point of working at all?

I had the opportunity to do an internship at the practice and can only report positive experiences! Dr. Schlögl and Dr. Bachleitner are both as empathetic as they are competent. Definitely recommended! :D

A very kind, compassionate doctor. She examined my dog's paw very carefully and wasn't even put off by my dog's growling (he's afraid of the doctor)! The treatment showed excellent results after just two days. Today, after four days, the wound has almost completely disappeared. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice! The ladies do a fantastic job. Thanks again!
