We have been taking our cats and dogs to Ms. Renken-Zirner for 20 years. She is very empathetic, competent, experienced, and calm in her handling of animals. She returns calls very quickly. We also felt very well cared for during the final stages of life. The human companions are also supported with great sensitivity. In emergencies, she comes to our homes so that no one has to suffer.

After my little Shih Tzu vomited at least six times on Christmas Eve morning, I had to contact Dr. Renkn-Zürner for an emergency appointment on December 25th, 2023. I was able to see her immediately. She was a very empathetic doctor (even with me). Very kind and highly competent. She not only gave my dog something for nausea and stomach lining, but also saline solution, as she had checked her fluid levels. I hope we get through the holidays without any further incidents.
