I've only had contact with this practice twice so far, and I'm very impressed. Once for a routine vaccination of four horses, one of which was quite difficult. The vet had many ideas on how we could trick that particular horse. She acted calmly but firmly, so the vaccination ultimately went well. And once for an acute emergency over the weekend (colic in my horse). The vet arrived quickly, examined my horse competently and calmly. Afterwards, we discussed the necessary first aid measures and further options (nasogastric tube, etc.). I felt very well advised, and my horse recovered quickly.
