Our beloved Joshy unfortunately had to be put down on site. Ms. Seckerdieck accompanied us through this difficult situation with great empathy. She explained everything clearly, gave us all the time we needed, and made the farewell more bearable for us. We are infinitely grateful for that. We would also like to express our heartfelt thanks for all the years in which we were always so well cared for here.
