We have had only positive experiences with Dr. Gieseler and his entire team. Whenever there were urgent problems, they were there for us immediately. Dr. Gieseler's loving care of the animals and his truly high level of expertise demonstrate a remarkable degree of competence. Even when there was no apparent cause for our cats' problems, everything was thoroughly investigated and considered, allowing us to provide them with optimal treatment. Thank you so much for your time and, above all, for always giving your all for the animals.

My cats and I always feel in good hands. Some diagnoses aren't easy to accept, but we couldn't have been better supported during our more difficult times. For that, I thank the entire practice.

Unfortunately, we were very dissatisfied with the treatment our cat received at this veterinary practice. Although the staff was friendly, the long-standing wound on our cat's ear was treated only with injections and tablets over two visits, without a clear diagnosis. The wound didn't heal, and it took another veterinarian to diagnose skin cancer, necessitating immediate surgery. He pointed out that the diagnosis should have been made early. We are disappointed that our cat had to suffer for so long and that we incurred unnecessarily high costs at Mr. Gieseler's practice.
