Unfortunately, we were very dissatisfied with the treatment our cat received at this veterinary practice. Although the staff was friendly, the persistent wound on our cat's ear was treated only with injections and pills during two visits, without a clear diagnosis. The wound did not heal, and it was only after another veterinarian that skin cancer was diagnosed, necessitating immediate surgery. This veterinarian pointed out that the diagnosis should have been made earlier. We are disappointed that our cat had to suffer for so long and that we incurred unnecessarily high costs at Mr. Gieseler's practice.

A truly wonderful veterinarian and a fantastic team. They are competent and fully present with the animals during examinations. If things get difficult, the whole team is there for them. The practice itself is lovely. There's little waiting time, and even in emergencies, you can still get an appointment. The animal's well-being is their top priority.

I can highly recommend Mr. Gießeler and his team! Understanding, calm, empathetic, and professional. I have complete trust in the entire team! Every treatment so far has been extremely successful. Short waiting times, someone always available on the phone, the premises are clean, and all questions are answered thoroughly. My anxious dog even accepts treats from him now. That was unthinkable before! 😅 Thank you so much!
