Absolutely not recommended! It took four days for the blood test results, and after emailing and calling three times, I had to chase them up – absolutely awful for my dog. They also tried to sell me supplemental vitamins, etc., and the diagnosis was completely wrong. The team was totally overwhelmed! I'm still furious with this practice!

If we could, we wouldn't even give one star. We went there on Monday evening because our dog was very ill. They said her heart wasn't beating well and they were taking blood. The results would be back in two to three days. We went home disappointed, especially since they had charged us an incredibly high price. Overnight, her condition worsened. We called in the evening, but they said there were no results and that we should call back in a few days. The next day, we went to a different vet, who immediately administered a diuretic. They said the blood test results wouldn't take that long because Idexx offers an expedited process (especially in a case like this). My husband called on Wednesday, and they said the results were in, but they were closing for the day and should call back in the morning. The next day, after calling twice, we finally received the results after an hour and a half. The bottom line is, after much suffering, we had to have our dog put down yesterday by a different vet. We are speechless. And incredibly disappointed, even though the practice was recommended to us. Never again. Today I received an email (day 5) saying we could discuss the blood test results. Now it's too late!!! Thanks!!
