...a fantastic veterinary practice where the entire team works together with great dedication under the guidance of Dr. Niebergall. Our four-legged companion is truly in good hands here. We also enjoy visiting their pet food shop next door, getting advice, and then buying food and toys for our furry friend. There's also plenty of parking. We wholeheartedly recommend this practice!

When we first came to the practice, our cat was critically ill. The mobile veterinarian had no diagnosis, and time passed. Dr. Niebergall immediately suspected something, which was confirmed: pancreatitis. For almost a week, his life hung in the balance, but she didn't give up on him. The practice team, we, and he fought for him. He made a full recovery, and we are incredibly grateful. A competent, friendly, and helpful practice. We highly recommend them. Thank you!

We moved to Tostedt and needed a vet for our Chihuahua, Pepe. We were welcomed very warmly and seen without an appointment. We are very satisfied; our pet is very well cared for. It's wonderful that we found such an easy-to-use veterinary practice that provides excellent care.

A wonderful veterinary practice. At the end of last year, we had to take our cat there for treatment due to pancreatitis. Everything was discussed transparently and in detail. Unfortunately, we had to have him euthanized at the practice at the beginning of this year because his condition was deteriorating. Even then, I was very satisfied. They didn't beat around the bush but clearly explained what could be done and what would be best for our cat. Once the decision had been made, they showed great consideration for us and our privacy in this situation. They explained what would be done and gave us time to say goodbye without making us feel rushed. They dimmed the lights, lit a tea light, and placed a blanket under our cat. In such a situation, it's the little things that count, and this left a very loving impression. When he left and I went to pay, there was also a small tea light with a sweet message on it on the counter. We like coming here because you can tell that they truly care about both the animal and the person. Thank you so much to the practice.
