There's always a thorough consultation, and they take their time with both horse and owner. Furthermore, they always follow the motto "as much as necessary, as little as possible," which avoids unnecessary treatments/therapies and costs. An added bonus: for minor issues, you can also get excellent advice over the phone. My horses and I are completely satisfied and feel very comfortable with them. They're fantastic veterinarians who have been able to solve all our problems so far!
