Simply superb, highly recommended!

The woman was completely overwhelmed. Every bit of information had to be dragged out of her. Her hands were constantly trembling, and she was clearly very unsure of herself when handling the animal, which communicated through loud hissing and roaring. The treatment bordered on cruelty. Never again, not even in an emergency. One star is too generous. Absolutely not recommended.
