I would give only one star if I could! We took our male guinea pig there because he had diarrhea. We were supposed to come in for an "examination." The only thing he did was look at his testicles and say he was too fat after weighing him (that was his exact wording). He also claimed that guinea pigs should only get hay and water, and three dandelion stalks every three days. Of course, you trust a vet who has studied veterinary medicine. So, the guinea pig lost 260g in one week. Today we went to a vet in Malchow, and she said that they can eat vegetables, of course in moderation, but not completely without them. And be careful, there are several of these practices, and the vets rotate! Unfriendly. No proper examination.

A very friendly and competent team. The animal's well-being is always their top priority, and their advice is excellent. The team provides compassionate and reassuring support to both animal and owner during their final journey.

We are so happy with this practice! So far, we've taken two of our dogs (Siegfried & Olga) here – and both times we were greeted warmly, given expert advice, and our dogs were treated with so much patience, warmth, and expertise. Siegfried, in particular, who is often completely overwhelmed at the vet (drama, teeth, escape attempts deluxe 😅), was still cared for calmly, safely, and lovingly here. A huge thank you to the entire team! 💛 What I really don't understand is how some people can complain about the prices here. We used to go to the Rostock Animal Clinic as our standard practice – which is significantly more expensive. And even that was okay for us because it's for our dogs. When my best friends are feeling better, it's priceless to me. ❤️ Here at this practice, both of our bills were even lower than expected – fair, transparent, and absolutely reasonable. In short: Competent, warm, and honest – we finally feel completely at ease here. Thank you for the loving care you give our furry friends. We'll definitely be back! 🐾✨

My dog ​​Willi injured his dewclaw at the dog beach during our holiday. After a quick phone call, we were able to come to the practice immediately. Willi received excellent care from the veterinarian. Thank you to the wonderful team and also to the friendly intern. M. Müller

I really wonder why we have a veterinary practice in Plau if there isn't even a vet there during those opening hours! My dog ​​injured her dewclaw. So either I go to Passow, but only with an appointment, or tomorrow at 4 pm in Plau. No thanks, I'll just go to Meyenburg now, they have walk-in hours every day! 😉
