We've been going to this practice since March 2025, and I'm so glad I found it. They're all such wonderful, competent, and friendly people, and they take their time with each animal. My Snipe is always in good hands there. Of course, it costs money, but you have to consider that before getting a pet... We're extremely happy with the Merker veterinary practice.

We took our 7-month-old kitten to the vet for neutering; I hadn't been to this practice before. We received excellent information over the phone and were able to get an appointment quickly. The cat was there yesterday. The vet was so kind to him and even held him and stroked him during the examination. We received excellent advice, and the vet did everything perfectly. The neutering went very well; they even left him in his familiar large carrier with his favorite blanket so he would feel comfortable. After calling the vet, we were able to pick him up. He was fully treated, the wound was well closed, and he was awake and responsive. He received effective medication, and today, the day after, he's so relaxed. Thank you so much for the wonderful help, support, and explanations! I highly recommend this vet! Keep up the great work!

I am very disappointed with the treatment my pet received this time. After a vaccination, she reacted very badly to the injection: for two days she was extremely anxious, refused to eat or drink, and could barely walk. Despite several phone calls, I was repeatedly put off and told it wasn't an emergency and they didn't have time. In this situation, I would have expected significantly more support, empathy, and expertise. It was a very stressful experience for me, and I would have expected a faster response, or even any response at all, to such serious side effects. Especially since she has never reacted like this to a vaccination before.
