Unfortunately, the diagnosis was incorrect, as it later turned out at the small animal clinic for pigs. We were just barely able to save my beloved pet. Unbelievable! Now, the kind, nice, and empathetic vet didn't send the bill until three years later. Since I was really struggling to make ends meet at that time, I asked for an installment plan of three monthly payments. This was refused, and a debt collection agency was immediately involved. I then paid the nearly €30 plus collection fees right away. For some people, nothing is more important than money, and they present themselves as kind, nice, and empathetic. But it gets even better! The kind, nice, and empathetic vet called all his colleagues in the district and announced that I wasn't paying my bills. I've since found a really good animal naturopath by chance, who truly loves her work with all her heart and soul. So, I'm very happy with how things have turned out. Best regards, Matu
