She got us in the same day and took care of our kitty kitty. We had the feeling like she really cared about our cat and her diagnosis was quick, after ger in house blood work results were finished. Highly recommended 👌.

If I want only the worse for my dog I will come again. Didn't show any particular interest in animal, only the money. I wasted time going there and I solved the issue at the first next vet I went to right away. The most important thing is to use ultraviolet light on a dog, that has muscle problem, to see if there is any yeast on a skin just to pay off device she bought. Other vets in Kaiserslautern didn't show great knowledge on the same matter but still were smart enough to do ultrasound - I mean it is made to see where human eyes and ultraviolet lamp can't... All in all if you have a cat it's fine, but don't get your dog there. They're full of cats always and most of the good reviews are on cats. Really dissapointing and time comsuming experience.

Wonderful staff, easy to use app, better than any Vet I've gone to in the USA.
