I’ve been with her for years. The staff is very friendly and they care a lot about the visitors and the patients. My dog is not nervous during every visit and is happy to meet the staff. Price is very fair, cheap even. And she sometimes asks you if you want to go with this or that treatment and if that is costly or not, how long it would take. She would also recommend you natural remedies and supplements for the pets that you can buy on your own from the supermarkets or online stores. For example my dog needs some vitamins, minerals and fatty acids, I said I have the same at home for myself but it’s labeled for humans, she took a very careful look at the ingredient list and says yes that’s ok for the dog as well and told me how much I should give him. The supplements for humans are much cheaper and she doesn’t get any profit out of it because I bought them myself. She wants what’s best for your pet. And if you need some medicine but cannot visit the vet, you can call them and they’ll send you by mail. They also send my pet birthday and festival cards.

One of my cats is aggressive and not easy to handle, but the whole team is so gentle and respectful. They let me stay close during exams, which keeps him calm.
