I've been taking my animals to Ms. Ruhl for years, first with my cat, and now also with my dog, and I've always been more than satisfied. Ms. Ruhl and her team are very friendly, calm, and handle both animals and people with great care. I always feel taken seriously there, and my worries are put to rest every time. You simply leave with a good feeling. Highly recommended!
I've taken our cat to the practice a few times now. The team is friendly and competent. The animal's well-being is always their top priority. I'll be taking her back in February for her vaccinations. I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinarian and her team.
The vet was okay, but the assistant (blonde hair, red face) behaved like a complete nuisance. She turned you away at reception if you were looking for the dog that was being treated. Zero empathy. She'd be better off working at a butcher's. With staff like that, I wonder how they got such good reviews.
