I received very competent answers to my questions. You can tell that she truly cares about the animal. Parking is right in front of the entrance, which I find quite convenient. She's also always very friendly and helpful when I have questions about my pet over the phone! I'll gladly continue taking my cat there. I can highly recommend her!
!!! TERRIBLY CRUEL!!! I called 10 minutes before closing time because my cat suddenly felt very unwell, something he'd never experienced before. I was completely helpless, distraught, and wanted help. I was simply fobbed off, and the woman on the phone hung up, leaving me alone with my worries. Why are they so heartless??? They could have charged extra for emergency services!!! I would have given anything for my cat to get better!!! They don't even deserve one star!!! But otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to write a review. VERY SAD!!!
She had been my trusted veterinarian since 2015, but unfortunately, I've lost that trust. I can understand if a veterinary practice no longer accepts billing, but for a long-term patient (with treatments and medications always paid for) not even to consider examining the animal and then making a decision is truly sad. So, I took my cat to a different vet who prioritized the animal's well-being over profit. Sadly, he was so ill that he had to be euthanized, and I would have liked to at least have that done by the vet my cat knew. In the future, I will be going to a different vet.
It was really awful. My cat was neutered. Normally, you only release animals when they're somewhat awake or well. She gave me my cat after a 10-minute operation and told me he wouldn't start blinking again for 4-5 hours, and that it could take up to 10 hours before he was fully awake. I was very shocked, and it looks like the testicles are still attached. Furthermore, I wasn't given any information about medications, feather removal, or silver spray.
A small veterinary practice in a quiet, beautiful area. The doctor is friendly and competent. She explains exactly what she's doing and why. She works very cleanly and conscientiously. She charges the standard fee schedule. EC payment is accepted.
