My dog broke his leg two weeks ago. And It didn’t happen that I operated my dog here because a doctor didn’t have an appointment soon, but even tho the doctor was interested with who I will be operating my dog and told that everything should be fine then. I do appreciate a lot this moment because it really tells you that he takes care. And it amazing.
Our Golden Retriever, Jette, was diagnosed with a cruciate ligament rupture, and our veterinarian recommended Dr. Klein's surgical practice. The website provides comprehensive information about the surgery and aftercare. Even the initial phone call to schedule the appointment was exceptionally friendly. On the day of the procedure, we received a warm welcome, and everyone was very empathetic. Dr. Klein, who is very personable and exudes a remarkable calm, explained the necessity of the surgery and then provided a detailed and understandable explanation using X-rays. Now, 12 weeks have passed, everything has healed very well, and our dog is just as agile as before. We felt incredibly well cared for at the practice and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their loving care. Katrin and Mayk Otto 🐾
Disappointing. We took our cat there, and the appointment basically consisted of about five minutes of palpation and a brief explanation. During this time, the staff member (presumably a veterinary assistant) was playing on her phone, and our carrier wasn't properly closed—something I only noticed as we were leaving. The recommended "diagnosis" was to wait and see. However, a subsequent second opinion told us that an X-ray should have been taken immediately. Yes, our regular vet was also at fault—but this appointment was absolutely no help at all. Listen to your gut feeling and get a second opinion right away. Our cat's surgery is now scheduled with a different vet.
Our Kyrill is part of a pack of sled dogs that brings joy to children during their holidays. The veterinary team showed great patience with us. His wound healing was superbly cared for, so much so that we always drove an hour for it. After 12 weeks, he was happily running with the pack again and participating in camp. Now the day has come when he's also limping on his left hind leg, and we confidently return to this practice. Best regards, the German Husky Group Our second TPLO (December 9, 2025) has also healed wonderfully. It's fantastic that Kyrill can resume his work! Making children happy at camp. He's doing so well again that he feels comfortable and assertive in the pack. Thank you!
We took our dog there because she was having trouble healing her wounds after abdominal surgery at another veterinary clinic. We got an appointment very quickly. Everyone was very kind and empathetic. They explained everything to me thoroughly and clearly.
