What an impossible vet! The gentleman didn't understand that I didn't like the way he was holding my cat and didn't change his method of lifting and grabbing her by the scruff of the neck. Because of the vet's rough handling, I wanted to put my cat, who was sedated during the procedure, back in the carrier myself. I didn't realize that the way I was placing her was obstructing her airway. The vet tech helped me put my cat in the carrier and didn't mention that she wouldn't be able to breathe. It seemed as if she had absolutely no idea what she was doing. This struck me as odd afterward. The vet then drew my attention to the situation by swatting my hand away and yelling at me. A calm tone would have been far more pleasant for both human and animal, and appropriate for a qualified veterinarian. He described me as sensitive. I find it more than questionable, given the current state of research, to lift a cat by the scruff of the neck and hold it in the air for an extended period. A little sensitivity wouldn't hurt the vet; then he'd understand that this grip hurts a cat and that you don't yell at clients. Unbelievable! Never again. As a sensitive soul, I left the practice in tears. The vet's apology was brief. It's also more than questionable, in my opinion, why a complete stranger entered the examination room and chatted with the vet while our cat was being treated. Since the practice also smells of cigarette smoke, I'm definitely never coming back. It's a shame, because I'm generally a fan of giving people with few reviews a chance. This is something you should avoid when it comes to beloved pets.

Our experience with Dr. Napieraj was extremely negative. During a euthanasia procedure, we perceived his behavior as unprofessional and lacking in empathy.

I can't even put into words how he sent my dog ​​to her death. Euthanasia at home should have been a dignified and peaceful moment for the family, and especially for the family member. This ordeal was one of the worst moments of my life, and let's just say, my little girl's cries still ring in my ears every day, which is why I still have trouble sleeping. I'll never be able to shake the guilt of not having fired that vet in time. I wasn't even allowed to hold my dog ​​as she fell asleep. She had to sleep alone in the meadow. How could I have let that happen? I wanted a gentle anesthetic in her front legs, which I had even numbed myself to ensure there wouldn't be any negative moments, but what happened next is unimaginable. He forced a huge cannula into her tumor-ridden rear end twice, completely ignoring my pleas. There was a lot of yelling... I'm still traumatized, even a month later.
