I have a small male Chihuahua, and I've been here three times now. Each time, my dog was much better the next day. The first time was in May 2024; my dog had picked something up outside, which turned out to be mild poisoning. The second time, he had a respiratory infection, and the third time, he needed surgery. He had to have 13 teeth extracted; he still had some baby teeth, and some of his teeth were rotten. The next day, he was playing at home as if nothing had happened. I'm so satisfied and can highly recommend the vet (Mr. Krämer).
We (both humans and animals) always feel incredibly well cared for here. The team is very friendly and competent, handles the animals with such love and care, and takes concerns and worries seriously. You can tell that genuine love for animals is behind it all. I trust the entire team completely and am so glad to have found such a wonderful veterinarian!
I wish I could have given zero stars. When my cat became ill, we knew we had to see a vet as soon as possible. We went, and they kept saying his test results were fine and that we should just wait and see. To get the crown back on, they recommended extracting the tooth. As owners, we wanted the best and trusted the vet's judgment. We were still hesitant because he was already weak, but we agreed to the extraction. His condition worsened, and we were constantly reassured that his test results were good and everything was fine. A week later, we had to have our cat euthanized. The vet who came to our house said that his test results (even during the initial examination) were good. His kidney function was completely shot; something should have been done about it right away. I deeply regret going to that vet because perhaps something could have been done. But it's too late now.
I was there for three days and only saw one other couple with a dog. The vet seemed awkward and rough. I wasn't allowed to touch or calm my cat; the vet assistant did that. I would only go there again in an absolute emergency.
I went there with my dog because he'd been vomiting and shaking for a few days. Hardly any questions were asked, no blood was taken, and the stools, which I had brought along especially, were examined. After two minutes of palpation, he was given an anti-emetic and an injection of a very expensive homeopathic remedy. Then they quickly charged me €92 and pointed out that the same injections would have to be given again the next day. We had a reputable practice take a look, and they just shook their heads. We finally got help there. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this vet at all. A complete rip-off, sorry.
