Tierarztpraxis am Schlosspark

A very competent and kind veterinarian who has treated our little dog quickly and very well twice already. We haven't lived in the area for very long and are very happy to have found a good veterinarian just around the corner!

I called on Monday and no one was there. I left a message on the answering machine explaining the problems. Unfortunately, I haven't received a response to this day. Just to be on the safe side, I also made an appointment for today. And what happened? No one was there, and there was a sign on the door saying they were open from 4 pm. But I had an appointment at 10:20 am. This is completely unacceptable. They could at least call and find a solution. But not even bothering to call or cancel is simply wrong. I do not recommend this veterinary practice at all! I had to find another vet for my cat at short notice. NEVER AGAIN HERE!
