A week ago we had to put our oldest cat to sleep and Mrs. Fischer was the vet to take care of this at our home. It was obviously a very sad moment for me and my partner, however Mrs. Fischer was extremely sweet and caring, and thanks to her we could go through the process feeling confident that we gave our Mütze the best goodbye we could hope for ❤️

This place is great! The veterinarian spoke perfect English and helped me so much with preparing my cats to travel, even doing additional research during my appointment to make absolutely sure I have everything I need for a smooth trip! My cat had peed in the crate and she even helped me clean the crate and my cat. You may have to wait a bit longer in the waiting room - the vet really takes her time with each patient which I think may have caused a bit of a backup, but it’s worth it once you’re in!

I wish to express my best wishes to the team of Smartvet. The dentist did a great job to my puppy. The general doctor was so smiley and polite. We had a 12 teath extraction and a eye tumur removed. Under full anesthesia. They even gave us the medicines for the Home recovery period. The animal recovered in 24 hours. The dog started to feel at home there as they have a great attitude to animals. Very friendly, extremely professional. Lovely energy. Thank you from all my heart. I am recommending the place without any hesitation.

I would like to write a special thank you to Dr. Julia Griesbach-Kluttig — she is one of the kindest and most patient doctors we have met. We came to her twice for an ultrasound, and she not only performed it very thoroughly, but also explained everything in the smallest details. My dog is very anxious during ultrasound procedures, but when we come to her, I never feel like a burden. She has a very positive and calm approach and always reassures me when I have worries about my dog’s health. A big thank you as well to everyone who helped during the procedure — they were also exceptionally kind and helpful.
