A fantastic doctor who knows his field. I've been there several times and have always been very satisfied.

Very thorough and empathetic. After the sudden and devastating loss of our dog, we felt very well cared for at Dr. Haider's practice.

Correct and quick. So that help could follow quickly. Now we're just waiting for the written report. Thank you.

I was at Dr. Haider's with a friend because her kitten had suddenly died at the veterinary clinic in Potsdam. My cat, Mogli, the deceased cat's brother, suddenly developed the same symptoms. So, the deceased cat was to have a post-mortem examination to perhaps save my cat's life. We were truly distraught; my little cat was now also in mortal danger. In such a situation, one longs for understanding and, yes, comfort. But what we received was the statement that the deceased cat had feline panleukopenia and was certainly not vaccinated. Even when we denied this and showed my cat's valid vaccination certificate (the same as his sister's), we were not believed. Dr. Haider told me that my cat was now also certain to die. I was so close to tears and simultaneously stunned at how little empathy could be shown in such a sad situation. We weren't the only ones treated this way; Dr. Haider didn't have a kind word for his secretary either. Anyone who has to bury their pet deserves to have comforting and compassionate people by their side during this terrible time. I didn't get that feeling with Dr. Haider. On the contrary, his words left me even more uncertain and desperate. My little Mogli survived feline panleukopenia and is doing very well. Through intensive research, we found a remedy that helps with feline panleukopenia, and that's how Mogli was able to get help too. Please don't give up, but seek advice from people who will support you.
