The first impression was good... but being billed for a service that wasn't provided... I found that less than amusing. Very disappointing... but with four animals, you can't afford unnecessary vet bills.

Today was my first time taking my cat Merlin (who's been with us since August) to the vet. I felt very well cared for. Even in such a stressful situation, my cat was quite relaxed. The vet was very nice and explained everything clearly. She's now our trusted vet. Everything was very straightforward and friendly. I also got an appointment very quickly.

We've been seeing her for years. We're very satisfied because appointments are always scheduled promptly. The treatment, information, and advice are always top-notch. We hope for years to come :)
