We received a call back immediately and were given an appointment promptly. Ms. Ludwig diagnosed our dog with an eyelid tumor, which our regular vet didn't consider treatable. She recommended a specialized practice in Berlin for the surgery, which we were also very happy with. Ms. Ludwig handled the post-operative wound checks, saving us a trip. We are completely satisfied and thank Ms. Ludwig for her competent, friendly, empathetic, and thoughtful treatment.

Dr. Ludwig is a highly competent and, above all, extremely empathetic veterinarian. For many years, I have relied on her expertise regarding my dogs' eye problems. She has always been able to help us, and we are very grateful to her for that.

We visited Ms. Ludwig today because my dog ​​has a spot in his eye and has lost a lot of weight. I've never met such a competent and trustworthy vet. I feel completely in good hands. Ms. Ludwig was extremely loving towards my dog. Despite the appointment, you do have to plan ahead, but that's not a negative, because it shows that Ms. Ludwig takes her time and carries out the treatment carefully and calmly. We can only recommend her and are absolutely thrilled.

I'm thrilled! The service is fantastic, the treatment is friendly, and the staff handles both people and animals calmly. They are also highly competent when it comes to eyes. Ms. Ludwid even opened the practice on the weekend (late in the evening) especially for my dog's emergency treatment. Nele always goes to her willingly and without hesitation...
