🆘 Emergency at Dr. Schubert's office. Friday at noon. I was referred to her from another practice. Despite it being the end of her shift, she still took the time to operate on our Josy. Thank goodness. I was incredibly grateful. She saved Josy's life.

Professionally competent and very friendly to both people and animals. I would have given 5 stars if the practice were wheelchair accessible and the flooring in the practice and waiting room wasn't so slippery. Because of this, I could no longer have my dog ​​treated there. Although Dr. Schubert offered treatment in the vehicle, this was very problematic, as it's difficult to treat a livestock guardian dog in its own territory. Even with a muzzle, it was dangerous, and the animal (which is blind) became very agitated. A ramp would perhaps be a solution.

Went there last night for an on-call appointment, received an incredibly warm welcome and excellent advice... Unfortunately, we had to go back a second time during the night, and the doctor came to the practice again... Many thanks to the whole team!

Even if the scheduled appointment time isn't always met, the wait is worth it: Competent, detailed consultation leading to successful treatment.

A huge thank you and much appreciation to Dr. Schubert and her team. They left no stone unturned in their efforts to help my mother's old cat. They are incredibly empathetic, explain the treatment calmly and clearly, and always handle the animal with great care. Our cat is already feeling much better. Without the tireless dedication of this practice, our Willi would not have survived.
