I urgently needed to take my dog ​​to the vet because she had another minor stroke during the night. Unfortunately, there isn't a proper emergency vet for animals in Cottbus. At least I was glad that, according to the posted hours and after calling ahead (though the answering machine was on), this vet was open on the first Saturday of the month. You're supposed to call a mobile number beforehand, which I did. Unfortunately, after the first ring, the line was always busy. I even walked around the building and waited for about 10 minutes after the supposed opening time. Since this vet wasn't far from my home, and my car wouldn't start, I had specifically gone there for his appointments because of his proximity. By then, other vets had closed, so I went home with my 12-year-old dog. Even though she was thankfully feeling better, it was still an ordeal for her. I'm really angry that they even confirm the appointments on the answering machine and then no one is there. I find that despicable and unworthy of a reliable veterinarian. Therefore, I would not recommend such an unreliable person if you want to be sure that your animal will be cared for promptly.

Mr. Buder is very kind and empathetic; he takes his time with his animal patients and makes me, as their owner, feel like my companion is his top priority. Thank you so much, and keep up the great work! ❤️

We were looking for a veterinary practice on a Saturday due to an emergency with our rabbit. Luckily, we found one here and were able to walk in without an appointment. Mr. Buder took his time, treated our rabbit competently, and was a lifesaver that day. As evidenced by the large number of patients waiting, many people in Cottbus trust Mr. Buder as their veterinarian. Thank you so much!

A truly excellent veterinarian! Honest, empathetic, and humane, yet also straightforward. The animal's well-being is of utmost importance to both the vet and the lovely receptionist. He isn't focused on the "most expensive treatment" but offers practical advice and support to ensure the animal has the best possible life, or speaks very compassionately about when it's time to say goodbye. Unlike other vets who try to squeeze every last penny out of animals, even through medications that keep them alive without causing them suffering, he is truly realistic and honest. An animal can be euthanized, even if it's difficult. But with him, the animal won't suffer. Thank you so much! ✨♥️✨
