Reviews
A super friendly team and a veterinarian with a lot of knowledge, sensitivity and love for her work.
Very sympathetic vet, from the small gestures you can really feel she cares about the animals, thou long wait time and Termin is a problem, but only means people are willing to go to her.
We love this veterinary practice! Ms. Hansch takes her time and every concern seriously – she was our Mexx's favorite, and our cat Nick owes her sooooo much too. I've been to several vets, and the difference with her is striking. She's loving towards both people and animals, and she has fantastic expertise and confidence. A vet with her heart in the right place ♥️ Thank you for everything!
I went there to have my cat's claws trimmed. The vet had nothing more to do than trim them. And what did she do? She cut into the cat's paws, into the soft pads. Seriously, a vet should never do that. That was the last time I'll be there. Inattentive and unfocused. And then she brushed it off with "it's not that bad" and "she'll survive" and things like that. Seriously! I could cut off one of her fingers, the vet would survive. It's not that bad. Holy cow... I'M NEVER GOING TO DR. HANSCH AGAIN
I was warmly welcomed with my two cats. I'm very satisfied. They were incredibly friendly, and all my questions about the treatment were answered.
