I took my Frieda to the vet today for her vaccinations. Dr. Hansch and her assistant are simply unsurpassed in their competence, friendliness, and warmth towards both animals and people. Their loving care of the animals, their honest and easy-to-understand answers to even the silliest questions a concerned owner might have, and the short waiting times for appointments make this the best veterinary practice I've ever been to. You never get the feeling that you're being pressured into unnecessary tests or treatments; instead, you always receive excellent advice. I wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice, the vet, and her assistant to anyone who wants their beloved pet to be in good hands. Thank you for your wonderful work! ♥️

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my cat Dimok received at this practice. For over two months, his condition was not seriously diagnosed, even though he remained severely ill. A subsequent suspected diagnosis of FIP was not confirmed by three independent veterinarians. In my opinion, medical standards were clearly violated, valuable time was wasted, and the care was inadequate. I advise all pet owners to seek a second opinion in critical cases and to choose this practice with extreme caution. I expect the practice to urgently review its procedures and diagnostic methods so that future patients do not suffer the same fate.

I'm very impressed with Ms. Hansch. She was very sensitive with my Ivy and didn't immediately rush into things. With her, you don't get the feeling it's all about the money. I think that's fantastic, and I'll stay with her with my poodle. Thank you so much, Ms. Hansch!
