I was a customer of his and feel cheated. He laid his hand on my pet and wrote on the bill that he had taken an x-ray. That came to 140 euros. Then he sold me special pet food, 500g, for 24 euros. But the packaging had a handwritten price of 1 euro on it. Even his receptionist looked at him in astonishment. He's a con man. Nothing more.

Honestly, I can't recommend this practice. Years ago, I took my cat there, and they labeled him a "malingerer." The next day, I had to have him euthanized due to a kidney tumor. Yesterday, I took him back again, and they didn't even listen to his heart or lungs, and I didn't get a diagnosis. He only received two injections. It felt like a complete rip-off. When I went back the next day because there was no improvement, the doors were already locked after 10:15, even though they're open until 11:00. Never again!

I can't understand these negative reviews at all!!!! We've been going to Dr. Schwarzer's practice since it opened and we've never had a bad experience with him!!! Dr. Schwarzer and his team are world-class and always have a sympathetic ear for both animals and their owners!!!! I also can't confirm the issues with opening hours; on the contrary, even on his lunch break, Dr. Schwarzer always has time to take care of the animals' health!!! Even when their pets cross the Rainbow Bridge, he and his team are always there for the owners and always find the right words!!!! Many thanks to Dr. Schwarzer and his team!!!! Keep up the great work, because you don't find such a fantastic team everywhere!!!🐈🐕🐀🐇🦜

For almost fifteen years, Dr. Schwarzer was our chosen veterinarian for our beloved dog Willy. Whether it was for annual vaccinations or minor ailments, Dr. Schwarzer always had a sympathetic ear for our concerns. He never tried to persuade us to buy unnecessary, expensive treatments or medications. For him, the animal's well-being was always paramount, never a financial gain for his practice. For us, Dr. Schwarzer was the "Tamme Hanken" of Cottbus. An absolute top-notch professional who learned his craft from the ground up. In our presence and according to our wishes, he ensured our beloved dog Willy a dignified, painless, and peaceful transition to the heavenly life of a dog. Tears flowed freely; our beloved Willy passed away without inner fear or convulsions. It is precisely in moments like these that you realize what a truly good veterinarian is.
